How can we manage routine maintenance for our customers?

Lionsol AMC generates a fixed number of routine service schedules based on the contract's start and end dates. For example, if 12 services are entered for a one-year contract, Lionsol AMC schedules one service per month with a 30-day gap between services. If six services are entered, the gap increases to 60 days.

How does the Lionsol ONE APP work?

The Lionsol ONE APP is designed for employees working in the field. It allows them to update tickets and routine services by capturing digital customer signatures. Employees can generate a PDF report and send it to the customer instantly.

Are customers notified when tickets or routine services are updated?

Yes, customers will receive notifications when tickets or routine services are updated. Customer will receive one Ticket or servie link via SMS.
