Structure of the Agreement

This Agreement consists of the following parts: the general terms and conditions (referred to as the "General Terms") and any specific terms and conditions applicable to individual services (referred to as the "Service Specific Terms"). In the event of a conflict between the General Terms and the Service Specific Terms, the Service Specific Terms will take precedence


Agreement Acceptance

Acceptance of the Agreement To accept this Agreement, you must be of legal age to enter into a binding contract. If you do not agree to the General Terms, you should not use any of our services. Similarly, if you agree to the General Terms but do not agree to the Service Specific Terms, you should not use the corresponding service. You can accept this Agreement by checking a box, clicking a button that indicates your acceptance, or by using the services.


Service Describe

We provide cloud software and applications for businesses, including associated offline and mobile applications (referred to as the "Service" or "Services"). You may use the Services for your personal use, business use, or internal business purposes within the organization you represent. You can connect to the Services using any Internet browser supported by the Services. It is your responsibility to obtain Internet access and the necessary equipment to use the Services. With your user account, you can create and edit content, and if you choose, you can publish and share that content.


Free Trial Account

If you register for a free trial of one or more Services, Lionsol will provide the applicable Services to you on a trial basis free of charge until the earliest of the following: (i) the end of the free trial period for the applicable Services (unless you terminate it earlier), (ii) the start date of the paid subscription period for the applicable Services, or (iii) termination by Lionsol at its sole discretion. Any data you enter into the Services, as well as any customizations made during the free trial, will be permanently lost unless you (i) purchase the corresponding paid subscription plan for the account, (ii) purchase applicable Service upgrades, or (iii) export the data before the trial period ends. Notwithstanding anything in this Section, the Services are offered "as-is" during the free trial, without any warranty, covenant, support, or liability of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.


Administrators and Organization Accounts

When you sign up for an account on behalf of your organization, you may designate one or more administrators. These administrators will have the authority to configure the Services according to your requirements and manage end users within your organization's account. If a third party creates and configures your organization's account on your behalf, they will likely assume the role of administrator for your organization. Ensure that you establish a suitable agreement with this third party, outlining their roles and limitations as an administrator of your organization's account. You are responsible for (i) maintaining the confidentiality of your organization’s account password, (ii) appointing qualified individuals as administrators to manage your organization’s account, and (iii) ensuring that all activities conducted through your organization’s account comply with this Agreement. Please note that Lionsol is not responsible for the administration or internal management of your account. It is your responsibility to take necessary precautions to ensure that your organization does not lose control of the administrator accounts. You may specify a recovery process in the event of such a loss by emailing accounts@lionsol.in, provided that the process is acceptable to Lionsol. If no recovery process is specified, Lionsol may restore control of an administrator account to an individual who provides satisfactory proof of authorization to act on behalf of your organization. You agree not to hold Lionsol liable for any actions taken in good faith in this regard.


Account Deletion

To initiate the permanent closure of your account, please send a request from your registered email address to customersupport@lionsol.in. Our executive will conduct a one-time call for verification, followed by repeated email confirmations to ensure the process is secure and complete. Upon successful verification, your account will be closed permanently, and all associated data will be deleted within 30 days. We are committed to safeguarding your privacy and ensuring that the closure process is handled with the utmost care.
